Come and collect wild herbs around the festival.

There is so much wild out there, says the owner of Wildfooding Thomas Laursen. He wants to prove this, with a short herbs trip, around the festival. 

On this workshop can you come with the professionally herbs collector Thomas Laursen out on a short collectors trip, around the festival. 

At the trip Thomas Laursen talks about the herbs which is located around the festival, and what you can do with them. Under the walk you will collect blackthorn olives, which you can take home after the festival. 

Some of the collected herbs we bring back to the workshop tent, where they become a nice and elegant course, together with some fish. 

Thomas lives off collecting wild herbs to restaurants, like Noma, Geranium, Amass, Relæ, Taller and Molskroen. He is also making cocooking trips, events and talks about the wild nature.
