An exciting lecture about bacon, the element.

The lecture is about bacon and we are going to make different kinds of bacon, like in the TV kitchen. We are going to cheat a bit and shortening the process. We are going to talk about italian bacon - pancetta, French bacon - ventreche, English bacon - bacon, air-dried Spanish bacon and so on. All participants in the lecture will receive a mini compendium.
